So many times in scripture God has someone or a group walk through a period of 40 for reflection, growth or trial. You must go through the 40, first, before you can get to the 41st.  

Herb, Steve, and Dennis have each been through their season of 40 in their lives with their families, their faith, their music… which has brought them to their forty-first season.
